Notes:

Nominees must be proposed and seconded by active members (other than Junior Bowling Members) of the Club. Under the Club’s Rules an active member is a Bowling Member, Social Bowling Member, Social Member or Junior Bowling Member who has paid a membership subscription in accordance with the Rules or a member who has been awarded Life membership in accordance with the Rules.
Under The Club Rules the positions of Chairman and Deputy Chairman must only be filled by Life Members or Bowling Members. All other positions on the Board may be filled by Life Members or ordinary members other than Junior Bowling Members.
A person must not hold more than one position on the Board at any time. If any candidate, having nominated for more than one Board position, is elected to a senior office (the order of seniority of positions being Chairman, Deputy Chairman, Treasurer, Assistant Secretary and Ordinary Director), he or she will be eliminated from candidature for the junior office.
The Directors elected at the upcoming Annual General Meeting will subject to the Club’s Rules, hold office until the conclusion of the third Annual General Meeting following their election.
Directors Code of Conduct: If successful to the board you will be required to sign.
Confidentiality Agreement: If successful to the board you will be required to sign.
Director Profile: After a valid nomination is accepted, the Club will contact you with the option to complete a Director Profile outlining your relevant experience for members to view. Completion of the Director Profile is at the nominee’s discretion.
